Desktop Systems Specialist Technical Support

Location: Southwestern Ontario

Enhance IT support capabilities as a Desktop Systems Specialist providing both onsite and remote assistance. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues while delivering outstanding customer service across multiple platforms.

This role requires a skilled IT professional with hands-on experience in desktop support. Candidates should possess strong technical skills in troubleshooting, installing, and maintaining desktop and mobile systems. Supporting Microsoft 365 applications is a key component of the role, ensuring employee satisfaction through exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide detailed technical support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software connectivity problems

• Install and configure desktop and laptop systems for end users

• Maintain and deploy workplace technology solutions

• Deliver excellent customer service to employees and support teams

Requirements:

• College diploma or degree in Information Technology or related field

• 5+ years in desktop support or service desk roles

• Strong knowledge of Windows environments and Microsoft 365

• Experienced with ticketing systems like Service Now

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
