As a Scrum Master at Skywise, you’ll lead SAFe teams, ensuring that they adhere to Agile practices and deliver on project goals. This role includes facilitating key ceremonies, mentoring team members, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement, all while navigating compliance risks in a fast-evolving domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide Agile teams through SAFe ceremonies and practices

• Mentor and coach teams towards self-organization

• Facilitate effective communication among teams and stakeholders

• Track progress and manage project scope and risks

• Protect teams from external distractions and conflicts

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of Agile coaching experience

• Deep understanding of SAFe principles

• Experience with project management tools like Jira

• Strong communication skills in English

• Relevant Scrum Master certifications preferred
