Senior Release Train Engineer

Position: Senior Release Train Engineer Role
Location: Southwestern Ontario

Lead the flow of work across an Agile Release Train in this Senior Release Train Engineer position. Drive program-level events and enhance Agile practices within teams.

In this role, you will leverage over eight years of experience in Agile delivery and program management. You'll facilitate crucial events like Program Increment Planning, identify risks, and work closely with Product and Engineering leaders to ensure value delivery. Your expertise in Agile frameworks, scaled environments, and delivery metrics will be essential for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end flow of work within the Agile Release Train

• Facilitate program-level events like PI Planning and system demos

• Translate business priorities into Program Increment objectives

• Identify risks, dependencies, and resolve impediments

• Provide visibility into delivery health and resource needs

Requirements:

• 8+ years in Agile delivery and program management

• 5+ years using Agile delivery tools like Jira

• Experience in facilitating large-scale planning events

• Knowledge of Agile frameworks, including SAFe

• Ability to influence stakeholders effectively
