As a Systems Operations Specialist, you will be the vital link between Business Systems Analysts and Records Assistants, ensuring timely execution of data feeds and production processes. Your responsibilities will include supporting data interfaces, maintaining course catalogs, creating reports, and resolving systems issues in collaboration with IST. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the Registrar's Office runs effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily data feeds and processes efficiently

• Schedule and support data interfaces with campus systems

• Maintain catalog and record semester changes

• Generate queries and reports for staff and departments

• Support Undergraduate Calendar maintenance processes

Requirements:

• Experience with data management and system support

• Knowledge in coding and catalog maintenance

• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot system errors

• Strong documentation skills for operational procedures

• Familiarity with academic systems and processes
