Location: Southwestern Ontario
Join Sun Life’s On-Site Support team as a student and develop valuable IT skills. This temporary role involves the deployment of Windows
11 systems and client support.
Sun Life is looking for students graduating December 2026 or beyond to participate in their On-Site Support team. Responsibilities include deploying laptops, troubleshooting, and managing inventory for end-user computing devices. Successful candidates will have strong organizational skills and a focus on customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deploy Windows
11 laptops and desktops within deadlines
• Provide post-upgrade support for users
• Control inventory and manage device lifecycle
• Handle client service requests and hardware upgrades
• Analyze problems, create solutions, and ensure resolutions
Requirements:
• Graduation expected December 2026 or later
• Reliability Status Clearance is mandatory
• Experience with Windows
11 and hardware configurations
• Understanding of Microsoft Office
365 and networking basics
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
