We are partnering with a leading financial services organization that is seeking two experienced IT professionals to support and enhance its enterprise infrastructure. In this role, you'll help ensure the reliability, security, and performance of critical technology environments that support employees across the organization.

Working alongside infrastructure, cloud, security, and application specialists, you'll play an important role in maintaining modern Microsoft environments while contributing to ongoing technology initiatives.

Your Responsibilities- Administer and support Windows Server environments, ensuring stability, availability, and performance.
- Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Azure, and identity management services.
- Monitor infrastructure health, perform server maintenance, patching, upgrades, and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Respond to escalated incidents and service requests while supporting user onboarding, offboarding, and endpoint management.
- Maintain backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes while documenting infrastructure changes and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, network, and security teams on vulnerability remediation, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- 5 to 7+ years of progressive Systems Administration experience within an enterprise environment.
- Strong experience administering Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and Azure.
- Hands‑on experience with VMware and/or Hyper‑V virtualization technologies.
- Proficiency with Power Shell scripting and automation.
- Experience supporting Intune, Teams, SharePoint, endpoint management solutions, and monitoring and ticketing systems.
- Knowledge of ITIL, service management best practices, and incident, change, and problem management processes.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. Microsoft certifications are considered an asset.
