As a Salesforce Administrator, you will play a critical role in our organization. Your key responsibilities include maintaining the Salesforce platform across Sales, Service, and Field Service Clouds. With a focus on data quality and user adoption, you'll collaborate with various departments to deliver customized solutions and enhance system performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer user setup, profiles, and permissions in Salesforce
• Design custom objects, fields, and dashboards for enhanced usability
• Manage data quality initiatives and deduplication processes
• Execute system upgrades and sandbox deployments
• Provide training and documentation to improve user adoption
Requirements:
• Proven Salesforce administration experience in a multi-user environment
• Salesforce Certified Administrator or commitment to obtain
• Strong skills in Salesforce data tools like Data Loader
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
