As an IT Support Specialist at Maxon, you will provide end-user support, maintain hardware systems, and troubleshoot software issues. Your expertise will help empower the artistic community with critical IT solutions that enhance their productivity. You'll also be involved in managing network infrastructure and documenting processes to maintain compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide support for Windows and macOS systems
• Manage hardware asset tracking and compliance
• Troubleshoot network connectivity and performance
• Document technical procedures and user support issues
• Prepare end-user work environments and provide training
Requirements:
• 2–5 years in IT support roles
• 3+ years supporting Windows and macOS
• Networking experience or CompTIA Network+ certification
• Experience with IT service management tools
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
