In this full-time permanent role, you will report directly to the Manager of Information Technologies. Your responsibilities encompass troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues while ensuring optimal service delivery. Contribute to technology deployments and assist county staff with IT support tasks across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide first-line support for desktops, laptops, and printers
• Troubleshoot and resolve common IT-related issues
• Respond to incidents and service requests as documented
• Maintain accurate technical support documentation
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in IT or related field
• 2-4 years IT support or network administration experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows Server
• Familiarity with LAN/WAN environments
• Understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals
