• Manage technical client accounts and communications

• Supervise datacenter operations, including hardware and cabling

• Develop and lead a technical team in daily operations
Requirements:
• 3+ years in related technical roles
• Experience in client-facing technical environments
• Skilled with hardware, cabling, and power systems
• Familiarity with ITSM tools like Service Now
• Strong written communication for reporting
