Deliver exceptional IT support as a Service Desk Analyst at Mackenzie Health. This fully on-site role requires strong technical skills and customer service abilities to support users across multiple sites.
Mackenzie Health is seeking a Service Desk Analyst responsible for first-point contact support for end-users. Candidates should have a college diploma in Information Technology and at least 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced Service Desk environment. Key skills include troubleshooting Windows 10, Microsoft 365 applications, and VMware end-user support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide timely IT support to end-users
• Troubleshoot issues via phone, email, and tickets
• Document interactions in Service Now system
• Manage user accounts and system access
• Collaborate with IT teams to resolve complex issues
Requirements:
• College diploma in Information Technology
• 1-2 years Service Desk experience, preferably in healthcare
• Valid Ontario Driver’s License required
• Knowledge of networking technologies
• Ability to work shifts in a 24/7 environment
