Key Responsibilities:
• Transform complex jargon into clear, actionable content
• Develop user-centric frameworks and best practices
• Document requirements for AI agents to boost user task efficiency
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to gather feedback
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields like UX or Communications
• 5+ years of experience in UX writing or content design
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end content processes
• Previous work with healthcare or data-intensive products
