Lead incident response initiatives at Open Text as a Senior Incident Response Manager. Safeguard clients by directing containment, investigation, and remediation during security breaches.

In this senior role, you will manage incident response engagements within the Managed Security Services (MSS) SOC and Cyber Security Incident Response Team (CSIRT). Your expertise in performing digital forensics across various environments is crucial for effective incident lifecycle management. You will collaborate with client teams, provide mentorship, and ensure comprehensive reporting for internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead IR retainer engagements for clients' security incidents

• Investigate data breaches, ransomware, and insider threats

• Directly coordinate with clients during incident management

• Produce detailed incident reports and post-incident reviews

• Maintain forensic procedures and evidence chain-of-custody

Requirements:

• 5+ years of cybersecurity experience

• Hands-on expertise in digital forensics

• Proven record in incident response lifecycle

• Familiarity with SIEM and EDR tools

• Knowledge of cyber attack methodologies
