Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional technical support to enterprise customers

• Analyze software logs for troubleshooting and problem resolution

• Minimize customer effort in communications via remote solutions

• Document technical issues and contribute to knowledge articles

• Support cross-functional teams to resolve customer challenges

Requirements:

• Solid experience in a technical support role

• Relevant university degree or equivalent experience

• Strong knowledge of Windows OS and relational databases

• Programming/scripting familiarization is a plus

• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
