Take charge of the end-to-end Agile workflow as an Agile Release Train Engineering Lead. This position emphasizes program health and team performance while guiding Agile practices.
You’ll be responsible for leading an Agile Release Train and improving delivery processes for over eight years, focusing on program management and risk identification.
Your role will involve facilitating essential events like Program Increment Planning, translating business goals into specific objectives, and coaching Scrum Masters and teams on Agile methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate program-level events such as retrospectives and system demos
• Improve end-to-end flow across the Agile Release Train
• Identify risks, dependencies, and address impediments
• Support prioritization with Product and Engineering leaders
• Utilize Agile metrics for process improvements
Requirements:
• 8+ years in Agile delivery and management experience
• 5+ years using tools like Jira and Confluence
• Experience in coordinating cross-team initiatives
• Strong understanding of SAFe and Agile frameworks
• Proven ability to translate strategy into actionable steps
Drive Agile excellence and foster collaboration as an Agile leader.
