Salesforce Enablement Specialist

Location: Southwestern Ontario

Enhance advisor proficiency with hands-on Salesforce enablement support. This consultant role is centered on creating impactful training materials and improving advisor workflows.

As a Salesforce Enablement Specialist, you'll deliver daily virtual guidance to advisors utilizing Salesforce Financial Services Cloud. Your key tasks involve designing and continuously refining enablement materials while serving as the main contact between advisor practices and the Continuous Delivery Organization. You'll also analyze recurring issues, suggest improvements, and collaborate with internal teams to set release priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support advisors using Salesforce Financial Services Cloud

• Create and refine enablement training materials

• Act as the intermediary for advisors and Continuous Delivery Organization

• Track common themes and recommend enhancements

• Coordinate with stakeholders on release priorities

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience with Salesforce

• 1+ year working with Financial Services Cloud

• Strong client-facing enablement background

• Understanding of wealth management workflows

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
