Position: TriCert Data Intelligence Lead Role
Location: southwestern ontario

Drive data innovation at Tri Cert Investment Counsel as a Data Intelligence Lead in Waterloo, Ontario. This hands-on role develops actionable intelligence from fragmented data for wealth management, investment, and more.
In this newly created full-time position, you will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer. You will utilize 10+ years of experience in data development and analytics engineering to build and maintain data foundations supporting integrated financial strategies. Responsibilities include working with stakeholders to turn business needs into data solutions and contributing to the Tri Cert Intelligence Platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build scalable data pipelines across systems

• Develop reusable data models and flows

• Clean and structure data from various sources

• Create integrated data layers for the intelligence platform

• Design AI workflows for operational automation
Requirements:

• 10+ years in data analytics or development

• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Power BI

• Strong understanding of data quality management

• Ability to work with imperfect data

• Experience in financial services is a plus
