Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices

• Resolve software and operating system issues efficiently

• Install and deploy systems for end users

• Maintain accurate documentation and records

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in desktop or technical support

• Strong background in Windows and Microsoft 365

• Familiarity with ticketing systems like Service Now
