In this senior position, you'll oversee SAP IS-U FICA initiatives, focusing on end-to-end implementations in the utility sector.
Your role encompasses managing contract accounts and leading dunning and collections efforts. Additionally, you will be integral in ensuring proper payment processing and handling data migration and reconciliation effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Spearhead SAP IS-U FICA implementations as a lead
• Oversee accounts receivable and payable operations
• Implement dunning processes and manage collections
• Handle security deposits and ensure payment processing efficiency
• Lead data migration and reconciliation efforts
Requirements:
• At least 2+ implementations of SAP IS-U FICA
• Extensive experience in the utility industry
• Proficient in SIT/UAT for successful project delivery
• Familiarity with North American utility systems preferred
• Knowledge of Retail Choice/IDE and BRF+ is an asset
