Position: Senior Technology Operations Analyst at EY

Elevate technology solutions as a Senior Technology Operations Analyst with EY Managed Services. Lead development initiatives and drive strategies to enhance internal and client-facing environments.

In this strategic leadership role, you will manage and support Employee Central (EC), ensuring data integrity and operational excellence. Your responsibilities include mentoring analysts, collaborating with HR teams, and improving system performance through innovative solutions. You're expected to engage with senior stakeholders to align technology outcomes with business objectives, making this role central to EY's operational success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and maintain Employee Central business rules and workflows

• Ensure data accuracy through audits and validations

• Provide L2/L3 user support for EC incidents and requests

• Manage the employee lifecycle data processes

• Build and maintain reports using People Analytics tools

Requirements:

• 5–7 years SAP Success Factors EC experience required

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in IT or related field

• Experience in AMS support and incident management

• Familiarity with EC integrations and advanced reporting tools

• Strong analytical skills for data analysis and troubleshooting
