In this role, you will collaborate with designers and engineers to create impactful content strategies that enhance user experience. You will simplify complex jargon and develop frameworks that directly address user challenges and promote ease of use in health data applications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Transform jargon into accessible content for users
• Create and implement content strategies that prioritize users
• Document and support AI agent requirements and best practices
• Engage with stakeholders for feedback and adaptation
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in English, UX, or related fields
• 5+ years in UX writing and content development
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered content processes
• Experience in healthcare or complex technical platforms preferred
