Position: Digital Publishing Coordinator at Sun Life
Location: Southwestern Ontario

Shape the digital landscape at Sun Life as a Digital Publishing Coordinator. Collaborate with expert teams to drive publishing initiatives and improve client engagement in a hybrid work environment.

As a key member of the Digital Publishing team, you will report to the Digital Publishing Manager.

Your role involves managing daily workflows, monitoring website requests, and ensuring quality assurance across various platforms. You will work closely with stakeholders to meet business requirements while enhancing digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily workload and collaborate with stakeholders

• Monitor Global Publishing Intake queue for service level agreements

• Conduct quality assurance and auditing for web accessibility

• Serve as primary contact for web intakes and escalations

• Facilitate training needs and document updates

Requirements:

• 1-2 years in a Coordinator or Specialist role

• Understanding of digital technology and channels

• Experience with intake tools and workflow management

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and adapt to change
