• Conduct 1:1 meetings to foster team member growth

Requirements:

• Proven experience in securing AWS or GCP environments

• Ownership of security-compliance programs like SOC 2

• Proficiency with Terraform and Git Ops tools

• Strong leadership in large-scale SaaS product development

• Excellent problem-solving skills in technical domains
