This role requires you to work independently and provide exceptional service while enhancing the client relationship with London Drugs. Your up-to-date knowledge of technology trends will be key in ensuring customers find the best products available.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide personalized product advice in the electronics department
• Strengthen London Drugs' reputation as a tech destination
• Deliver excellent and professional service to clients
• Attend product knowledge seminars to stay updated
• Conduct inventory and maintain store presentation standards
Requirements:
• Ability to advise customers clearly on products and services
• Excellent communication skills with diverse groups
• Maintain a professional demeanor representing the brand
• Experience in selling mobile phones or technology is a plus
• Must be flexible with work schedule availability
