In this role as Nursing Clinical SIM LAB Support, you will provide essential technical and administrative backing, ensuring optimal operation of Nursing Clinical Education Suites. Key responsibilities include maintaining medical equipment, supporting software, and troubleshooting simulation technologies, directly impacting the quality of healthcare training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage audiovisual equipment, including projectors and microphones
• Maintain and setup human patient simulators and lab tech
• Provide technical troubleshooting and software support
• Assist in multimedia production for educational modules
• Ensure all simulation equipment is in working condition
Requirements:
• 2-year diploma in healthcare or related field
• Minimum 3 years of simulation equipment support experience
• Clinical knowledge in healthcare settings
• Proficient with computer hardware and networking
• Relevant experience in customer service and technical support
