Ashby is seeking a Real Time Analyst to own scheduling and intraday management for a global Support organization. You will translate forecasts into practical schedules, monitor SLA performance, and make real-time adjustments to keep coverage healthy.
You will partner with the WFM Lead to design humane, scalable scheduling practices and surface intraday signals to prevent SLA risk while preserving flexibility.
