Lead UX Designer for Health Data Platforms

As Director of Platform UX at Verily Health, spearhead the design of user-focused healthcare data platforms. Enhance experiences for healthcare providers and researchers in this pivotal role.

In your capacity as Director, you will set the strategic direction for UX initiatives that align closely with Verily’s mission. This role emphasizes collaboration with engineering, product, and data science teams to create intuitive, user-friendly platforms. You will also manage a dynamic team of designers, fostering a culture centered on empathy and best practices in design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee user experience strategy for health data platforms

• Guide team efforts in product design and development

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine technical requirements

• Advocate for design systems ensuring scalability and user accessibility

• Promote creativity and innovation within the design team

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Design or a related field

• Over 10 years' experience in complex UX design

• Minimum 5 years managing design teams

• Proven portfolio of successful enterprise product launches

• Strong comprehension of AI and data visualization methods
