In this AVP role, you will provide strategic technology leadership to enhance shared digital platforms within Sun Life Canada. Your responsibilities will include aligning technology strategies with business objectives while fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability. You will navigate complex compliance and risk challenges to ensure platform stability and security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate digital strategy across business units effectively

• Partner on defining platform roadmaps and OKRs

• Increase delivery quality and velocity across teams

• Develop high-performing technology teams

• Manage vendor relationships strategically

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is a plus

• 10+ years of senior technology experience

• Successful track record in digital platform modernization

• Proven experience in vendor and financial management

• Excellent stakeholder management skills
