Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee requirements gathering and documentation processes

• Implement best practices for requirements management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field

• Minimum 5 years as a Business Systems Analyst

• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Familiarity with SDLC, ITIL, and Agile practices
