Scrum Master in Agile Delivery

As part of the Business PMO division, you will report to the Director of Delivery Optimization, coaching teams on effective Agile practices.

Your role includes facilitating Scrum events, enhancing team collaboration, and supporting the Product Owner in backlog management. By fostering an environment of trust and continuous improvement, you’ll help Canada Life thrive in delivering value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and guide Agile practices, including Scrum

• Coach on effective Scrum ceremonies and team sessions

• Assist Product Owner in developing and refining backlogs

• Support teams in removing impediments for focus

• Facilitate self-organization and growth within teams

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master

• Strong background in Agile methodologies

• Scrum Master certification is required (e.g., PSM, CSM)

• Excellent communication skills for conveying complex ideas

• Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence for project tracking
