Cyber Resilience and Risk Strategy Director

Location: Southwestern Ontario

Shape the future of cybersecurity at eSentire as the Director of Cyber Resilience and Risk Strategy. This position combines strategic advisory with hands-on cybersecurity leadership in a hybrid work model.

You will spearhead eSentire's CISO & Advisory Services, guiding clients on cyber risk management and fostering sustainable programs. Your responsibilities include developing strategies that align security investments with organizational goals and compliance requirements. By mentoring your team and innovating service offerings, you will drive significant impact and growth within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead quality assurance and methodology development in advisory services

• Mentor and coach team members in cybersecurity

• Establish standards and tools for service delivery

• Support sales and develop client relationships

• Create strategic cyber transformation roadmaps

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management or equivalent

• 10+ years in cybersecurity leadership roles

• 5+ years in complex consulting engagements

• Experience with governance and regulatory compliance

• Strong knowledge of NIST and ISO frameworks
