Information Systems Security Lead at RideCo

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop security policies in line with business and legal needs

• Manage security roadmap using industry standards

• Oversee SOC2 certification processes and audits

• Perform regular system monitoring for vulnerabilities

• Implement training programs for cybersecurity best practices
Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity or IT discipline

• 5+ years of experience in a security role

• CISSP certification is mandatory

• Strong knowledge of network infrastructure and compliance

• Proven leadership in security incident management
