Position: Information Systems Expert Wanted

Empower the University of Waterloo's administrative systems as an Information Systems Specialist. This role is vital for designing and enhancing business processes across the organization.

As a full-time permanent employee in the Enterprise Systems Department, you will serve as a vital link between business units and IT. Your extensive experience will guide stakeholders in developing technology solutions that align with strategic objectives. This includes your critical role in process mapping and ensuring data consistency across services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage contact point for business stakeholders on systems analysis

• Coordinate the implementation of well-defined project requirements

• Identify areas for process optimization and improvements

• Ensure adherence to compliance and governance standards

• Collect and analyze feedback for continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in Business or Information Systems

• 5+ years of relevant experience in business analysis

• Leadership capabilities and team supervision experience

• Proficient in requirements documentation and analysis tools

• Knowledge of ERP systems and Agile methods
