• Coach and lead a high-performing engineering team

• Own planning and deliverables, ensuring priorities are set

• Maintain reliability standards for systems and response practices

• Guide technical oversight through design reviews

• Ensure operational documentation remains current and effective

Requirements:

• Proven background in engineering management

• Familiarity with Infrastructure, Dev Ops, or SRE practices

• Experience managing production systems hosted on AWS

• Strong understanding of Linux and containerization

• Skilled in Terraform for infrastructure automation
