Location: Southwestern Ontario
Join the Region of Waterloo as a Workforce Management Analyst focused on SAP HXM systems. This full-time role involves a hybrid work model and requires strategic HR technology leadership.
You will serve as the technical advisor for various HR systems, including SAP and UKG/Kronos. The responsibilities include leading data governance, analytics, and process improvements, enhancing the quality of employee management.
Your role is crucial in ensuring data integrity and compliance while collaborating with stakeholders across HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee administration of workforce management and payroll systems
• Enable attendance management and workforce allocation processes
• Design and maintain integrations with enterprise applications
• Evaluate system upgrades for organizational impact and risks
• Act as the liaison with vendors and stakeholders on projects
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in related fields like Business Systems
• Significant experience with time and attendance systems
• Experience in leading system implementations and upgrades
• Knowledge of database technologies and reporting tools
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
