In this senior role, you will oversee capacity planning and utilization reporting critical to Open Text’s information management solutions. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will identify growth trends and provide data-driven insights on infrastructure needs and risk assessment.

Experience with relevant technologies is vital to success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and report capacity utilization across storage platforms

• Apply Net App DII for detailed performance analytics

• Participate in infrastructure expansion and project planning

• Develop dashboards using VMware and Power BI tools

• Timely escalate capacity constraints and issues as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field

• Experience with enterprise storage and virtualization

• Familiarity with VMware, Microsoft tools, and reporting

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Understanding of server infrastructure and networking
