Position: AI/ML Program Manager at Google Workspace
Location: Southwestern Ontario

Join Google as a Senior Technical Program Manager focusing on AI/ML to enhance the Workspace platform. Influence strategic initiatives and drive successful outcomes across teams.

In your role, you will manage a portfolio of complex programs that require both strategic insight and technical expertise. Collaborate with leaders in Development, Product Management, and UX to deliver effective solutions that expand the Workspace Ecosystem. You'll be at the forefront of defining how Google builds and scales impactful products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead new initiatives to enhance the Workspace Ecosystem

• Define and manage program life cycles ensuring alignment with strategic goals

• Develop program strategies with senior leadership

• Establish strong collaborations across Product and Development teams

• Make technical contributions to guide project outcomes

Requirements:

• Technical Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience

• 8 years of experience in program management

• Background in developing GenAI Agents and AI features

• Ability to manage cross-team projects effectively

• Experience in communicating with senior stakeholders
