Your ability to coach and inspire will be key in navigating complex stakeholder environments and enhancing customer and employee experiences through strategic technology applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end low-code delivery processes

• Mentor a team of low-code and AI practitioners

• Ensure robust partnerships across IT and business

• Define governance for low-code initiatives

• Manage change to drive sustainable adoption

Requirements:

• 5–7 years in technology or transformation delivery

• 3–5 years leading high-performing teams

• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform and AI solutions

• Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities

• Proven success in achieving business outcomes
