Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver Microsoft 365 collaboration solutions

• Operate and assess Microsoft services including Intune and MFA

• Engineer Windows 10/11 platforms and support deployment strategies

• Partner with teams to ensure solutions are supportable

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders on technical matters

Requirements:

• 7+ years in IT with focus on Microsoft 365

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proven problem-solving in complex environments

• Ability to balance project delivery with operational needs

• Related degree or equivalent experience
