Contribute to operational success as the Lead Planning and Operations Analyst at Canada Life. Focus on tool enhancement and workflow optimization for effective project management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support for planning tools
• Design workflows in coordination with stakeholders

• Maintain and update portfolio and governance data
• Facilitate training sessions for end users on platforms
Requirements:
• 3-5 years in operations or business analysis
• Familiarity with Adobe Workfront and related tools
• Proven problem-solving skills with data management
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Relevant education in business or related fields
