Power Co Canada Inc. is seeking a current student to join our People Analytics team in St. Thomas, Ontario.
You will design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards delivering HR insights and collaborate across HR and analytics to define KPIs and data standards. The role runs 4–8 months starting January 2027 in a startup-like environment within a global organization building Canada’s first Gigafactory, offering hands-on experience with SAP Success Factors, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot
