We are currently looking for a SailPoint Delivery Manager to join Key Data’s Delivery team! In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of SailPoint Identity Security projects while ensuring exceptional customer experience, operational excellence, and business outcomes. You will serve as a key liaison between customers, delivery teams, sales, and leadership, managing project execution, financial performance, resource planning, and client satisfaction throughout the engagement lifecycle.

- Lead end-to-end delivery management for SailPoint implementation and advisory engagements
- Manage multiple customer projects simultaneously, ensuring successful execution, quality delivery, and customer satisfaction
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding project status, risks, issues, and escalations
- Partner with Sales and Account teams during pre-sales and post-sales phases to support project scoping and delivery planning
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, forecasts, risk registers, and status reports
- Monitor project financials, profitability, utilization, and productivity metrics to ensure successful delivery outcomes
- Collaborate with Resource Management and Delivery Leadership to align staffing strategies with project requirements
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Provide regular executive-level updates on project health, delivery performance, and customer success metrics
- Work closely with Customer Success teams to drive customer adoption, engagement, and long-term success
- Identify opportunities to expand services, improve customer outcomes, and support business growth initiatives
- Drive continuous improvement across delivery processes, governance standards, and operational best practices
- Support issue resolution, risk mitigation, and escalation management across customer engagements
- Mentor and coach team members, providing guidance, feedback, and professional development support
- Foster a collaborative, high-performing delivery culture focused on accountability and customer success
- 5+ years of experience within a Software, SaaS, Cybersecurity, IAM, or Consulting organization
