Full time On-Site opportunity Locations: in Mississauga, Richmond Hill or Waterloo, Ontario

You are part of an Engineering organization building and operating a highlyscalable, globally available Public Cloud Service (SaaS) in the Enterprise Information Management domain. Working closely with Software Engineering and IT Operations, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, scalability,security, and continuous evolution of our fast-growing cloud platform. In anagile environment, you will drive automation, streamline operations, and help deliver new capabilities to customers around the world.

This is a highly technical, hands-on Dev Ops role focused on cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, automation, CI/CD, and production reliability, whereyour primary objective will be to build, maintain, and optimize scalable andsecure deployment platforms that enable efficient software delivery.

• Lead Dev Ops and automation initiatives across development and operations teams.
• Design and maintain cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes.
• Drive Infrastructure as Code and automation using tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
• Ensure platform reliability through monitoring, incident management, and root cause analysis.
• Improve performance, security, observability, and operational excellence across the SaaS platform.
• Evaluate and adopt AI-powered tools to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.

• 7+ years of experience in software development, Dev Ops, or cloud-based enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP), CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Proficiency in Ansible, Python and Bash scripting for automation and operational tasks.
• Solid Linux administration, troubleshooting, and production support experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and continuous improvement mindset.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience) with excellent communication skill in English.
