Elevate technology engagement as a Digital Support Specialist with Canada Life. Assist diverse users and enhance their productivity through tailored Salesforce solutions and exceptional customer support.
This temporary full-time role focuses on identifying user needs and delivering effective support in our Canada Life tailored Salesforce system. You will become a subject matter expert, troubleshooting issues, training users, and ensuring they maximize their use of technology. A pivotal part of this position involves clear communication and a proactive approach to customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify user needs and promote best practices
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively
• Train users on technological procedures
• Maintain documentation and follow-up on requests
• Capture communication details in ticket tracking system
Requirements:
• Bilingual in French and English
• Experience in Service Desk or Help Desk roles
• Strong analytical and issue resolution skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Positive, self-motivated with excellent communication
