In this permanent full-time role, you will utilize Service Now BCM to document and track compliance metrics. Your experience in IT Disaster Recovery will aid in configuring replication and failover mechanisms, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards. Collaboration with IT teams is crucial to deliver actionable recovery plans.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate end-to-end disaster recovery testing and simulation
• Manage recovery plans and system dependency mapping in Service Now
• Configure replication mechanisms for cloud and on-premises infrastructure
• Align DR plans with industry standards and Canada Life guidelines
• Conduct post-test reviews to improve recovery strategies
Requirements:
• 3–5 years in IT Disaster Recovery or technical operations
• Strong hybrid infrastructure understanding (VMware, cloud)
• Familiarity with ISO/NIST standards
• Excellent communication skills for technical documentation
• Relevant certifications like CBCP or CDRP preferred
