Masco Canada is hiring a Senior Demand Planner to strengthen their Supply Chain division. This position involves leading the demand planning for both the Commercial category and Bathing department. You will manage S&OP processes, improve forecasting metrics, and drive continuous improvement across teams to enhance inventory performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the demand planning for Commercial trade channels

• Facilitate the Bathing department’s S&OP process

• Collaborate across functions to improve forecasting collaboration

• Conduct root-cause analysis on forecast fluctuations

• Manage ongoing KPI reporting and analysis for accuracy

Requirements:

• 5-8 years experience in S&OP and demand forecasting

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related discipline

• Proficient in Power BI and MS Office tools

• Familiarity with statistical forecasting methods

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
