Position: Efficient Purchasing Associate Needed
Drive purchasing efficiency as a Purchasing Associate within our dynamic Logistics team. Manage procurement and vendor relations while optimizing inventory for streamlined operations.

This position requires at least three years of experience in distribution logistics. You will be responsible for preparing purchase orders, handling vendor communications, and ensuring timely deliveries. Collaborating with multiple departments, you will enhance productivity across the organization and facilitate seamless supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and verify purchase orders and invoices

• Manage inventory levels and resolve order issues

• Oversee freight logistics and maintain schedules

• Facilitate communication between suppliers and internal teams

• Maintain accurate reporting systems for procurement activities

Requirements:

• Minimum of a High School Diploma; university degree appreciated

• At least 3 years of experience in office logistics

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
