Key Responsibilities:

• Process and verify customer orders timely

• Create shipping documents and manage Epicor transactions

• Ensure compliance with quality standards

• Aid in resolving shipping and documentation issues

• Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• High school diploma is required; further education is an asset

• 1+ years in logistics or warehouse operations

• Previous ERP system experience preferred;
Epicor is advantageous

• Familiarity with ISO standards and customs processes

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
