Join the logistics sector as a Logistics Specialist, focusing on managing domestic and cross-border shipments. Ensure compliance with USMCA regulations while effectively resolving compliance issues.
With at least four years of logistics experience, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple shipments and ensuring accurate documentation. The ability to work independently while managing logistics across various projects is essential. Collaborating with brokers and utilizing ERP systems will help optimize shipment tracking and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and oversee shipments according to project timelines
• Address and resolve compliance discrepancies
• Work with customs brokers for HTS classification
• Prepare bills of lading and certificates for shipments
• Generate weekly shipment status reports for stakeholders
Requirements:
• Minimum four years in a logistics role under CUSMA
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field
• Proven project management skills in logistics
• Familiarity with Pro Core is an advantage
• Spanish language skills considered beneficial
Utilize your logistical acumen to ensure compliance and efficiency in North American shipments.
