Position: Voyis Supply Chain Operations Role
Location: Southwestern Ontario

Join Voyis as a Supply Chain Coordinator, optimizing procurement processes and logistics for groundbreaking underwater technology solutions.

This is a key position in supporting Voyis’s supply chain functions, encompassing purchasing, supplier negotiation, and logistics coordination. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless operations and efficient delivery of high-performance underwater optical sensors. Ideal candidates thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about innovation in engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Procure necessary parts and equipment for production

• Liaise with suppliers to clarify requirements and track orders

• Prepare shipping and customs documentation as needed

• Create purchasing reports for inventory and spending insights

• Support inventory accuracy and conduct cycle counts

Requirements:

• Proven experience in supply chain, purchasing, or logistics

• Attention to detail with strong organizational skills

• Relevant post-secondary education

• Competence in ERP software and data analysis

• Excellent communication and collaboration capabilities
